  • What you need to know: OptConnect acts strictly as a service provider or data processor on behalf of the company that actually operates the machine.
  • Next steps: Because we only provide the network conduit and do not inspect the data flowing through the device, we cannot process direct requests regarding this network data. You must submit your privacy request directly to the business or operator that provides the device or service (e.g., ATM owner, kiosk service provider).
