OptConnect, a longtime leader in managed wireless services, today announced that Steve Garrett, Chief Product Officer, has won a Silver Stevie® in the 19th annual American Business Awards®. The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. OptConnect’s Customer Care team was also honored with a Bronze Stevie® for Customer Service Team of the Year.

In addition to ema, Steve also spearheaded the launch of OptConnect mylo in 2020 which has also recently received an IoT Breakthrough Award for M2M Product of the Year.
