OptConnect was one of the exclusive ten companies to be honored in the small company category. Utah Business Magazine’s “Best Companies to Work For” honors are based on a combination of anonymous employee surveys and expert analysis of workplace culture, including management, structure, benefits, compensation, engagement, and more. Out of the thousands of companies in Utah, only fifty-six were selected for this prestigious award.
