(KAYSVILLE, Utah) January 14, 2026--OptConnect, a leading provider of managed wireless connectivity solutions, today announced it has acquired Canadian-based DPL Wireless (“DPL”), an established provider of cellular connectivity and IoT device-intelligence solutions. This combination of two respected technology companies will drive greater innovation for the IoT sector with a highly intelligent, AI-powered connectivity platform for ATMs and other IoT applications.
