  • Device & Usage Data: As a connectivity provider, we automatically collect technical data regarding the SIM cards and routers we provide. This includes:
    • ICCID / IMEI: Unique identifiers for SIMs and hardware.
    • Data Usage Logs: Bandwidth consumption, connection times, and signal strength.
    • Location Data: Approximate location based on cellular tower triangulation or GPS (if enabled on specific hardware).
  • Website Usage & Cookies: We collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our sites.
    • Cookies: We use cookies to remember and process items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, and compile aggregate data about site traffic.
    • Third-Party Analytics: We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors.

9. CANADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a resident of Canada, this section applies to you.

OptConnect is headquartered in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.

  • Service Providers: We may use service providers located outside of Canada (including in the United States) to process your personal information.
