In Summit, it’s easy to track environmental conditions in real time for your aware devices. You can also set your own customized safety thresholds, monitor power events, and see trends over time.
During critical incidents, you can see the full story around light, sound, temperature, humidity, power, and motion in a single glance (e.g., the machine was bumped, sound levels changed, and light was detected). Just head to your Devices page and tap the Awareness tab.

You will now receive critical alerts in the following scenarios:
If your OptConnect aware router approaches its maximum safe operating temperature, you’ll be notified before it automatically powers down to maintain performance and longevity.
If your OptConnect aware router runs beyond the expected battery usage window, you’ll receive an alert before it initiates a controlled shutdown to preserve battery health.
In the rare event that a battery anomaly is detected, we’ll notify you with next steps, including access to a warrantied battery replacement if needed.
