Worried about environmental conditions? Summit now shows temperature and humidity averages over a 3-month period, helping you establish norms and set parameters for safe levels in the future.
For a limited time, take advantage of awareness features for free, including humidity and temperature charts, and power status alerts that let you know what’s happening in and around your equipment. Licensing details will follow in the future.

If your OptConnect aware router approaches its maximum safe operating temperature, you’ll be notified before it automatically powers down to maintain performance and longevity.
If your OptConnect aware router runs beyond the expected battery usage window, you’ll receive an alert before it initiates a controlled shutdown to preserve battery health.
In the rare event that a battery anomaly is detected, we’ll notify you with next steps, including access to a warrantied battery replacement if needed.
